Following a series of international competitions, we met with the athletes we proudly supported during the European and World Championships.
These meetings are always inspiring because they provide an opportunity to personally congratulate the athletes, hear their stories from the international stage, and reflect on the hard work that made these achievements possible.
Taekwondo athletes, kickboxers, checkers players, and a para-armwrestling athlete shared their experiences from competing in prestigious international tournaments. Behind every medal lies years of dedication, discipline, perseverance, and an unwavering commitment to representing Ukraine with pride.
For some athletes, the journey ended with championship belts. Others earned international medals, achieved the qualification of Master of Sports, or returned home as World Champions. Most importantly, each of them proudly represented both Ukraine and their hometown of Kharkiv on the international stage.
The overall results are truly impressive: 3 championship belts, 11 gold medals, 9 silver medals, and 6 bronze medals. These achievements are the result of relentless effort by the athletes, their coaches, and everyone who supported them along the way.
We will continue supporting Ukrainian athletes because investing in young people and sports means investing in the future of Ukraine. We wish them continued success, new achievements, and many more victories on the international stage.
